All orders are shipped by UPS next day air for 10:30 a.m. delivery for most locations (Monday-Wednesday only). UPS Overnight shipping cost is based on your location. Our current promotion offers $70.00 overnight shipping to US locations for one chameleon (includes packaging and handling fees) add $15 for each addiditonal chameleon in the same order.  Additional promotions are listed on our home page. Shipping cost are automatically calulated during in checkout. Chameleon setups include UPS ground shipping cost.

• Orders are only shipped Monday through Wednesday 
• To ensure delivery and for your guarantee a signature will be required when you receive your package
• To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your animal, your order will be shipped directly to your door
• All orders are shipped via overnight carrier. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your  tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon arrival. Please note,  someone needs to be available at the time of delivery to prevent the animal from being exposed to the elements and/or extreme temperatures
• No guarantee if temperatures are below 30° F or above 90° F 
• No refunds on shipping.  Claims for DOA animals must be made withing 24 hours of receiving animal.
• Same type of animal will be sent as replacement  
• Customer pays all shipping charges
